Kaiser's practice focuses on business transactions, litigation and trials, with a concentration in commercial construction, industrial services, and manufacturing litigation in State and Federal courts.  Kaiser represents a diverse set of Clients, both domestic and international, including general contractors, subcontractors, project owners, suppliers, and fabricators through a deliberate and focused approach.  This strategic approach enables the Firm to provide Clients with an informed evaluation of the prospective outcome of matters at all stages of representation from beginning to end.

Kaiser's experience encompasses a wide range of general business matters including oil and gas related services, public infrastructure projects, condominium projects, industrial plants, multi-family projects, mixed use office- retail centers, and pursuing and defending payment disputes, design defects, mechanic’s liens, performance and payment bonds, undisclosed and differing site conditions, breaches of contract, delay claims, owner interference, and contract termination.

Kaiser has tried and arbitrated numerous cases to conclusion, but where settlement is viable, Kaiser advises Clients of the various pro and con factors affecting the Client's decision.
