Kaiser regularly represents clients in State and Federal Courts in Houston and throughout Texas. Kaiser has extensive experience providing plaintiff and defense representation for privately and publicly held companies and advises small to large businesses on various legal issues that arise in their day-to-day operations and matters that carry over into court. Mr. Kaiser has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the preeminent attorney rating service. He is a member of the Texas State Bar Association, the Houston Bar Association, and the Construction and Insurance Law Sections of the State Bar.

Throughout the course of representation of his Clients, Kaiser focuses on problem solving, dispute minimization, and dispute avoidance. When those efforts are unsuccessful, Kaiser is often engaged to represent his Clients in various courts and arbitration to resolve the disputes.  Kaiser's significant experience in commercial construction matters and disputes is an asset to Kaiser's Clients dealing with the unavoidable disputes arising in significant commercial construction projects.

Kaiser has decades of experience representing Clients in all types of litigation ranging from State and Federal civil litigation, including construction, energy services, and real estate. He has extensive trial and appellate experience and has served as counsel in hundreds of lawsuits and arbitration proceedings.

Kaiser has represented plaintiffs and defendants as trial counsel in patent, trademark, trade dress, wrongful death, employment, construction, insurance coverage, and business litigation cases in State and federal courts throughout Texas and has successfully represented Clients in the Texas courts of appeal, the Supreme Court of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Kaiser practices regularly in the following areas: construction litigation, business contract litigation, bankruptcy, and commercial transactions.
